What is included in the consultation?
Our consultation starts with a short skin questionnaire to identify your general skin concerns. After paying $108 for your customised formulation, we will send a more in-depth medical quiz. Then, one of our expert practitioners will review your responses and discuss your concerns and skin history more comprehensively with you. Our practitioner may ask follow-up questions before selecting your ingredients and strength and sending your personalised treatment. You can also request follow-up consultations if needed. How much does it cost?
It's $54 a month and we bill and ship every two months, meaning you’ll be billed $108 every second month (and you won’t run out). You can cancel, pause, or delay at any time, and there are no cancellation fees.
What makes Software “personalised”?
Your practitioner will carefully select a combination of active ingredients that will best treat your skin type and concerns. They will also recommend the ingredients at strengths suitable for your skin. Your formula is then compounded by our partner pharmacy and shipped to you directly. Every single bottle of our Software treatment is made-to-order.
Can I use other skincare products with my Software treatment?
Yes. However, given that Software uses clinical-strength actives, we recommend you dial it back at the start of your treatment plan to see how your skin reacts. In most cases, vitamin A (our most commonly recommended ingredient) can’t be used with other active ingredients like vitamin C or retinol for the first 3-4 weeks. Your practitioner will provide more in-depth information about incorporating your Software treatment into your skincare routine once you have placed your order.
