How much does it cost?
It's $44 a month and we bill and ship every two months, meaning you’ll be billed $88 every second month (and you won’t run out). You can cancel, pause, or delay at any time, and there are no cancellation fees.
It's $88 every 6 weeks if your doctor prescribes you with oral antibiotics because you receive a bottle of cream and the tablets.
When will I see results?
Unfortunately, great skin won’t magically happen overnight. Whether using anti-ageing or acne treatment, prescription skincare generally takes 8-12 weeks before results are visible. In the case of acne, it may get a little bit worse before it gets better, too.

How long will my treatment last?
Every shipment includes a 24mL bottle that is designed to last for 8 weeks when used correctly. We’re always able to bring forward (or delay) your next shipment if necessary - you can make changes through your profile.
Are there any side effects?
Any prescription medication can carry risks. The ingredients used by our pharmacists are low-risk in terms of potential side-effects, and you will always start on a lower dose to further mitigate this risk.

Can I use other skincare products with my Software treatment?
Yes. But given Software’s treatment plans use prescription-strength actives, we recommend you dial it back a bit at the start to see how your skin reacts. In most cases, our most commonly prescribed ingredient can’t be used with other active ingredients for the first 3-4 weeks.
